The version of the ITIL Process Map v3 specifically for QMAP/QViS¹ was created in cooperation with our partner IT Process Maps. It contains the full range of our ITIL v3 processes as QMAP-ready templates and is designed to make optimum use of the specific QMAP / QViS¹ features.
- ITIL Coverage and Version: Complete coverage of the ITIL v3 core volumes Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
This includes completely revised versions of all processes known from ITIL V2.
- Platform / Environment: QMAP/QViS¹ Professional version 6.1.5, or higher
(no QMAP/QViS¹ licence included)
- Language Version: English
When using the ITIL templates for QMAP/QViS¹ Professional in your ITIL and ISO 20000 initiatives you are not subjected to any restrictions - as with any process model created by yourself, all files and objects are able to be added, changed or deleted.

The ITIL Process Map v3 for QMAP/QViS comprises 104 detailed process flows (Event-Driven Process Chains - EPCs) for all ITIL v3 processes. These QMAP/QViS ESPs contain:

- detailed activity sequences
- responsibilities for the activities, indicated by ITIL roles

Whenever information objects are needed within the QMAP/QViS process models, they can simply be picked from this repository. Every information object features an ITIL compliant definition. |

For each of the ITIL v3 core volumes, all processes and sub-processes are depicted in a hierarchical way on one single page. The QMAP/QViS process indices make it possible to see at a glance what processes are there. All process templates are directly accessible from this page via links. |

The ITIL Process Map v3 for QMAP/QViS contains an inventory of all the ITIL standard roles, complete with their descriptions.
