Eagle Systems & Programming Pty. Limited (ESP), was formed in 1976.

ESP's CEO - Allen Darby, is a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), with over 46 years experience in the IT industry. In 1970, he migrated to Australia, from Canada and in the late 70s, formed his own consulting company - ESP. Over the years he has worked across a broad range of disciplines and has been closely involved with the IBM User Group community and the ACS. He served for many years as President of COMMON Australasia and also on the Branch Executive Committee for the NSW chapter of the ACS.

With the emergence of ITIL® as a quality standard for Best Practices in IT support and developments, in 2007 ESP-ITIL was formed as an alliance with Stefan Kempter Management Consulting, based in Germany, to market and support the ITIL® Process Map developed in MS Visio, iGrafx, ARIS Platform and QMAP/QViS to organisations worldwide.
